A rapid impact survey or windshield survey is a process by which
critical infrastructure throughout the City are assessed or checked
for damage. This class will familiarize CERTs and HRSG members with the RIS route and the RIS reporting process. Findings are reported back to EOC-Emergency Operations Center- via cell phone, FRS radio or ham radio.
