Minimum Age Requirement:
By checking this check box, you are stating that the person listed in the contact information section of this form is 16 years old or older. At this time it is not permissible for a person younger than 16 years to enroll in this CERT program.
Completing the form below will begin the process of registering you for the upcoming CERT classes. These classes are offered by the Issaquah Citizen Corps with a grant from the City of Issaquah and as such Issaquah residents receive priority registration.
The pricing for the eight weeks of classes is set at $35 for the eight weeks. Class starts promptly at 6:30PM and may go as late as 9:30PM. Day of the week varies throughout the year so please consult the class schedules in the Events section.
Once this form is submitted, it will begin the registration process and you will be contacted concerning payment for the classes once you have been added to the class roster.
